Wednesday in Paris

We started off this morning with another one of our mp3 audio walking tours. It started at the Place des Vosges. Victor Hugo's house was our first stop. These are original poster advertisements for Les Miserables...my absolute favorite musical!

The walk took us around the Marais district. Basically, it's the district of Paris where all the mansion houses of the rich and famous are. Dave took pictures of a bunch of doors of these mansion houses.

We also stopped at the Picasso museum. This museum was full of his less well known work. It was interesting to see his work an all the different media.

One of my favorite stops of the day was the Musee de l'Orangerie. That's where Monet's Lilies are displayed! So of course we had to buy Lily a few souvenirs.

Our last stop of the day was at the Louvre. We also had an audio tour here that covered 10 of the most famous works of art. Apparently we only took pictures of 5 of them. [Please excuse my pregnancy hugeness in all of these pictures! And don't laugh too hard at me!]

And a few outside shots.

Wow, it looks like you were at the Louvre at a great time! When Ogg and I were there, it was absolutely heaving with people! There was no way we could've gotten a picture by the Mona Lisa without any other people around! Who care if you've got a big pregnany belly! It looks like that's the only place you've gained anything! So cute!

Hey Mikel -

I just googled "baby photographers - Utah" and pretty much just wasted time at work looking up every site. I'm sure there are a ton out in Dallas..yeah, just google them.
