Our killer Valentines weekend

Initially I figured our Valentines would be pretty low key, ya know, dinner and a movie or something. Nope. To my surprise we had a jam packed, fun filled weekend.

Friday morning. Woke up to these:

Friday night we were able to drop Lily off for her first slumber party with Grandma and then head over to Mick and Rachel Hagen's dance party. We danced all night. Too fun! And what's a dance party without a little of this:



Saturday morning we gathered up all our gear and headed up the canyon. Of course right at the bottom of Sundance road we were turned away because of an accident. So we were forced to wait it out at Riverwoods where we did a little window shopping and Bajio eating.

Saturday afternoon we headed back up the canyon and successfully made it to Sundance where we spent a few hours doing this:

Saturday night we wrapped up our awesome weekend with a good old fashioned chick flick (Confessions of a Shopaholic--it was alright, nothing special).

Yeah, it was good.
