Memory Lane

I saw this on a friend's blog and thought I could use a little stroll down Memory Lane.

1. Add a comment on my blog, leave one memory that you and I had together. It doesn't matter if you knew me a little or a lot, anything you remember!

2. Next, re-post these instructions on your blog and see how many people leave a memory about you. It's actually pretty funny to see the responses. I can't wait to see what people remember.

I remember the time me, you, Lauren and Katy came to your house and jumped on your trampoline forever and took a whole bunch of pictures and were so hyper! I think I rubbed my head on it to get my hair all staticky, Katy ate her foot or something weird like that...I Just remember laughing A LOT! Good times!

I remember that Sunday we sat in front of you guys and you were so pregnant! You guys helped entertain our kids :)

P.S. Come back to Texas so we can make more memories!

One of the first times I sat by you in RS there was an investigator sitting by us. Her story was interesting - then she went to the bathroom and never came back. Oh and one time we were cleaning the church (well, I was prego and just watched ya'll clean) and we talked about baby names. You said you liked the name Lily! :)

I remember one time when you were very little, and you were staying over at our house. Angie was holding you, and you didn't want to be held so you started wiggling and trying to get down. You ended up putting the back of your head through our big fish tanks - water and fish rushed out of the tank, and your head was bleeding pretty good!

I remember singing the "Yo ho, yo ho a pirates life for me" song in your moms car when we were in 6th grade OVER and OVER and OVER again. Silky pants. Fazoli's, Rosa's, El Azteca in High school. Fun fun! Wow, now we're moms! Crazy.

I remember going on a horse and carriage ride with you and Grandma around Temple Square. I think you were like 4 or 5 and you and Greg would have sleepovers with Chris and I and Gma and Gpa's when we were in town!

the one and only time we met was when dave (elder blake) brought you for a visit... we were very excited to meet his new wife... honestly, we were a little nervous... not sure what you were like... but, of course, you were sweet and very personable.... and i loved talking books with you.... and you were very polite and said you enjoyed the lunch i made... despite the fact that i forgot you are a vegatarian... ummm but i think i had couscous and other stuff... and i cried when you guys left because i knew we probably wouldn't ever see you two again face to face... and i'm mushy like that...

Of course, I remember when you were born, such a beautiful baby girl, and how proud your parents were! Fast forward a few years and I enjoyed watching you and Telisa playing together as little girls, giggling and I remember "My Little Ponies". Most recent memory and perhaps most favorite is having a chance to visit with you in Texas, meeting Lilly, taking pictures and going to the movies you, Greg and your dad- two generations of brothers and sisters.

I hate to choose just one, but...
One of my favorite memories of you was when you played your violin at Grandma June's gravesite the day of her funeral. You looked so beautiful, the music was amazing, and I know it made Grandma beam! Thanks for all of your hard work developing that talent.

so mine would have to be at our wedding, you came with dave and you guys had only been dating for a little bit and so when we were doing the bouquet, you kinda were just like oh nice, i didnt get it (this is what i could tell from the pic i have) and then when it was time for the garter, dave totally went crazy over it, i thought that was funny, and then you were married 6 mths later :)

Hey Mikel, I remember Tipanogas too! I've got some pics somewhere. I remember having a ball and that Greg was just a baby. I think I've got a picture of Grandpa holding him! Good times!
